We are hiring an Information Designer to support the production of various design products with a range of exciting clients.
Your contribution:
As a key member of our small, virtual team the Information Designer will collaborate with the Lead Information Designer to support the execution of various design products. This includes but is not limited to; the creation of presentation materials (slide decks, brief designs, one-pagers, videos), training materials, project branding, social media designs, and general website upkeep. This role will help our team continue to set the standard for visual design in global health.

Ideal candidates for this position will demonstrate:

Undergraduate degree in the field of graphic design or communication design

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), as well as Figma and PowerPoint. Experience in Miro is a plus.

Strong infographics and data visualization development ability: distilling content, and developing story flow and information hierarchy

Demonstrate a user-centred design approach and successfully present work and the rationale behind it

Expertise producing content that maintains brand standards through utilization of brand guidelines

Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory and design principles

Detail-oriented and passionate about creating high-quality design products

Commitment to working as a trusted team player

Passionate learner with an inherent desire to stay up-to-date with emerging design industry and best practices

A sense of humor and growth mindset

Fluency in English (written & spoken); bilingual in English/ French preferred
