Strengthening Health Financing for Primary Health Care
Impact for Health recently partnered with Health Systems Insight to design and facilitate More Health for Today's Money, a four-part global webinar series exploring practical approaches to improving how health financing works in practice.
Bringing together policymakers, practitioners and technical experts, the series examined four connected areas: strategic resource allocation, purchasing, fund flows, and medicines and supplies financing. Our team supported the series from concept to delivery, including design, facilitation and knowledge capture.

Project Leadership Model Re-Structure
In October 2022, IHI facilitated a strategy workshop for ThinkWell’s Strategic Purchasing for Primary Health Care (SP4PHC) project. During phase 2 in 2023, the IHI team crafted a strategic learning and adaptation process, including internal document review, Project Leadership Team (PLT) interviews, and identifying implementation opportunities and barriers. We organized insights around Galbraith’s “Star Model”—focusing on strategy, structure, processes, people, and rewards.
