IHI is partnering with Population Council Kenya to refine its research strategy sharpening the organisation's value proposition, comparative advantage, and expected policy and programmatic impact. Through strategic review, copy-editing, and information design, we are transforming a technical document into an accessible, visually compelling asset that speaks with clarity to donors, policymakers, and partners alike.

Board Meeting Facilitation

IHI facilitated and documented Population Council-Kenya’s first in-person Board Meeting. We led discussions, captured key action points and created a strategic approach deck to guide the board’s decision-making in alignment with the organization’s vision and mission.

Community of Practice for SRHR Organizational Leaders in Kenya 

IHI supported Population Council Kenya to explore the strengthening of communities of practice (CoPs) in addressing SRHR fragmentation in Kenya. This project involved conducting a desk review, key informant interviews and stakeholder consultations, including virtual and in-country strategic workshops. This resulted in a CoP Landscape Report as well as a Country Roadmap designed to elevate Kenya's CoPs through improved information sharing.
