Strategic Insights Report on Private Sector Engagement in Health  

IHI collaborated closely with Chemonics’ Global Health Division to support how they leverage their existing Private Sector Engagement (PSE) in health work for greater influence and improved business development. Our process included thorough document reviews, key informant interviews, and two co-creation sessions to collectively craft a Strategic Insights Report. The recommendations outlined in this report are designed to bolster Chemonics' capabilities in shaping private sector health strategies.
