Associate Job Description

We are hiring an Associate to support dynamic and collaborative strategic facilitation work with a range of exciting clients. 

Your contribution:

As a key member of our small, virtual team the Associate will be responsible for conducting literature reviews, conducting key informant interviews, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, facilitating workshop sessions, and supporting the creation of presentation materials, strategy documents, and program designs for our clients.


What we are looking for:

Ideal candidates for this position will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities

  • Outstanding communication skills (written, PowerPoint, spoken)

  • Basic knowledge in information design

  • Graduate degree in the field of public health, global health, or health economics

  • Relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • research in health market systems, social and behavior change communication or user-centered health service delivery

    • research in health systems, health financing, or evaluation of health programs

    • experience in e-commerce, supply chain or health tech

    • background in management consulting

  • Commitment to working as a trusted team player

  • Intellectual curiosity

  • A sense of humor and growth mindset

  • Fluency in English (written & spoken); bilingual in English/ French preferred
