5-Year Strategic Framework (2025-2029)

IHI is supporting the Africa Center for Health Systems and Gender Justice to develop its 2025–2029 strategic framework. Through a comprehensive context analysis, stakeholder consultations, and participatory workshops, we are helping redefine the Center’s priorities and Theory of Change. IHI is also guiding the development of implementation, resource mobilization, and MEL guidelines to ensure the strategy is actionable, impactful, and aligned with health and gender equity goals.
